Important message: Further work Underway on our New Housing Portal

There is  a delay to the launch of the new CarillionAmey (CA) housing portal. CA have informed  that last minute issues were found and, as a result, the launch has been delayed until these have been resolved. Keep an eye on the Blog to let you know the new launch date when it is decided, but until then, please continue to apply for SFA using the e1132 system on Dii.

CarillionAmey Tempo - Keeping you up to speed on our activity

This edition of Tempo is aimed at being a weekly update to both DIO and Service personnel on SFA and the work carried out by CarillionAmey.
This issue focuses on customer engagement forums that happened between September and October '16. Read about what feedback was given and the action plans put in place (and if you still experience things otherwise, please tell us). There are also graphs showing how CA measure against their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Targets as well as some general fundraising news, an introduction to the new SFA housing portal (launching 30th January) which will replace the current housing application system.

Think you can help us with the design of new digital tools and apps?

Or even if you’re not a fan, but think you know what’s missing from MoneyForce, we
want to hear from you!

We’re aiming to set up a small group of 6-8 MoneyForce ‘Super users’ to meet up
twice a year to discuss MoneyForce and for you to feed back to us the views of your

What we want
The MoneyForce Users Forum will play an important part in the future content,
design and tools of the website, helping us make it better and more useful for you

The group will represent all four services, and include spouses/family members and
veterans as well as active service personnel. We would like representatives of
different ranks (up to junior officers) to ensure that everyone’s views are

What you get
All UK travel expenses will be paid and refreshments provided at the meetings. If
you’re stationed abroad you can Skype in to meetings (timings permitting!).
We would expect the first Users Forum to meet up in early 2017.
In addition to the twice-yearly group meetings, there may be opportunities to usertest
new tools and features before they go live.

How to take part
If you would like to be part of this exciting new step in the life of MoneyForce, please
email us at moneyforce@britishlegion.org.uk and tell us a little bit about yourself
